J.P.Santeeweg 102 in Nietap - In 1919 vroeg Jan Wouthuis een bouwvergunning voor een burgerbehuizing. Toestemming werd verleend. Het pand werd in 1920 voor het eerst in de huisnummering opgenomen. Jan Wouthuis kwam op 04-09-1920 met zijn nog thuis wonende dochter Klazina, vanuit Leek. Zijn dochter Fokelina Johanna was onderwijzeres aan de Nietapster school en inwonend bij haar zwager Wiebe Pestman, J.P.Santeeweg 15. Zij kwam in 1920 ook naar de J.P.Santeeweg 102 en werd inwonend bij haar vader. Na zijn overlijden werd zijn dochter Fokelina Johanna Wouthuis hoofdbewoonster.
