    My estate to be sold
    my wife Rachel to have her just and legal partthe remainder to be equally devided among my chldren (namely)
    Mahala, Lucy, Cyntha, May, Minerva, Ann, Cornella, William James, Salathel, and Huldah
    Nevertheless it is to be understood that Mahaly Lucy Cyntha & Minerva Amy have received $146 worth of property with which they have been charged
    also my two daughters Mary and Cornella have a bed, bedding and bedstead which they now claim together with a horse least to each of them (a gray mare to Mary and sorrel horse colt to Cornella and herein charged with the sum of $146)
    my son William to have a bay Eclipse colt and new saddle which he now claims over and above the rest of my children
    To my son James my new saddle
    and one formerly claimed by William to my son Satathel these last bequests to my sons are extra allowances over an equal share of my estate
    Harrison Goslin and John Fitch Executors and Guardians of my minor children William, James, Salathel and Huldah, to put my sons James and Salatheael to mechanics trades James to house carpenter business
