Names wife Lucy Pllard, son William Pollard (home plantation), son Thomas Pollard (all land bought of George Brent, John Steptoe and Nathaniel Gordon , with mortgage held by James Henry, Esq), son James Pollard land known as the Crossroads, daughters Ann Pollard, Lucy Pollard and Mary Hunton.
