Courthouse)- An Inventory of the Estate of James McManus Decd Vitz.4 Horses, 4 Mares & 3 colts 2 Cows 3 two year old heifers & six Calves, 1 stear & 3 small bulls, 40 Small hogs or there abouts, 2 feather Beds & furniture, 2 Dishes & plates, 1 pott & frying pan & gridiron1 dozen spoonsWearing Apparel, 2 saddles & 1 housing & 1 Case of piftoles (pistols?) and one Sword 1 gun, Sundry plantation Tools, 4 negroes (To Wit) Prince, Cloe, Bett, Flora About 1000 lb of unbroke hemp, Some hemp seed Mary McManus Admr. Delivered in from me February Court 1762.

Capitalized names indicate known neighbors identified in deeds along Wild Cat Creek and Flat Creek that flow into Big Lynches just below the NC/SC border in the area of James land grants.
