James Latimer

"James Latimer, 69, well known pioneer resident of the city, died on Wednesday morning at 2:45 in the City hospital, his death following an operation to which he submitted on Tuesday at noon. Mr. Latimer had been in ill health for several weeks, and the operation was advised as a relief for his trouble. He was unmarried and followed the occupation of a farmer for many years. He is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Charles Croshaw, Santiago, Cal.; Mrs William Biggers, Mrs. Charles Fuller, Mrs. Robert Herst, and Mrs. Emma Parker of Warren; one brother, William Latimer, Warren. The body was removed to the W.J. White undertaking rooms on North Park avenue..."
