FRANK LATIMER
Aged and Respected Resident Passed Away Early Wednesday Morning

Frank Latimer, an aged and highly respected citizen died at his home on Atlantic Street early Wednesday morning from infirmities due to old age.,
Mr. Latimer was a native of the County Tyrone, Ireland having been born there December 31, 1831. When a small boy he came to this country with his parents and they settled in Ohio. Since that time he has always resided in this state and most of the time in or around Warren.
For the past forty years, Mr. Latimer has been a faithful employee of the Perkins' estate of this city.
On August 15, 1852 he was united in marriage to Miss Margaret Anderson and to them were born thirteen children. Eight of them survive.
Mr. Latimer was a man who readily made friends and was well liked by those who knew him. While never having united with any church he was a firm believer in the Lord.
Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Robert Herst, Mrs William Biggers, Mrs Charles Fuller, Mrs. A.A. Parker, William Latimer, <all of> Warren; Mrs. Charles Proeshaw, San Diego, Cal., Mrs John Allen, Elyria, and James Latimer of Champion. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Sarah Jackson, Howard, Kas.; John Latimer of Michigan and Robert of this city. There are also thirty-three grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
The funeral services will be held Saturday. A prayer will be given at the home at 1:30 and the regular services at the U.B. [United Brethren] church at 2 o'clock. Rev. E.L. Ortt will have charge of the services. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Frank Latimer

The funeral services for the late Frank Latimer were held this afternoon and were largely attended. A short prayer service was held at the home, 222 Atlantic street at one-thirty and at two o'clock the regular service was held at the U.B. [United Brethren] church with Rev. E.L. Ortt officiating. Fellow associates of Mr. Latimer acted as pall bearers.
