    JAMES HALL, pedigree as before: was born February 23, 1801, in Monongalia county, Virginia. He went with his father to Ohio, and was there married to Cynthia L. Johnson, of Licking county. She was born June 9, 1806, and they were married September 2, 1826, and had five children. He went to Illinois and settled there, and died there July 4, 1883, aged 82 years. His wife is still living. The engraving at the beginning of this part, is good for the photograph furnished the engraver. He was a robust man during the days of his manhood. ...
