Gentry, James - entered service 1777 in Hanover County, Virginia, where born in 1757; granted Pension 1832 in Albemarle County, Virginia, where died 6/22/1851 leaving no widow but children: John, George, James, Dolly, Elizabeth, & Nancy; surviving children in 1851: John, James, Polly Harvey, & Betsey Harvey. F-S8555, R1061.
