First settled in the Oregon area, but later went to Dakota Territory.
Stone says: c. James-Hubert Fox, Esq., of Barton, Dakota, born Feb., 7, 1816;
married May, 1934, to Catherine, daughter f Terrance Kelly,’
Esq., of Ballygunnard, County Waterford, Ireland, who died
without issue. And secondly, May 11, 1846, to Mary, daughter
of Bartlett Roony, Esq., of Oregon, Wisconsin, and died.
By her he has issue:
1. Mary-Ellen Fox, married May 22, 1867, to Nathan-Andrew-Jackson Kees, son of D. J. Kees, Esq., of Moxville, Wisconsin, and has issue:
