 In the 1860 census for Washington, Boone Co., Indiana, Jacob Anderson is 31, farmer from Virginia; with Mary 28 Kentucky; John S. 2 IN; and Willie 1 month; Elizabeth Rolston is 12. 
In the Beck Cemetery, there is a listing for Mary Jane Anderson, wife of Jacob, who died in 1864 at age 29 -- possibly Jacob's first wife. {<http://www.rootsweb.com/~inboone/cemeteries/beck-cemetery.htm>}
 There is a marriage record for 'Malchariot Shankland' and Jacob Anderson in Boone Co. Indiana {Indiana Marriage Collection, <www.ancestry.com>}
 In the 1870 census for Washington, Boone Co., Indiana, Jacob Anderson is 42 from Virginia, farmer; Evaline is 34 Kentucky, John S. 12, Frank O. 5, Lury M. 3, and Minnie 11 months -- all born Indiana. {p. 273}
 In the 1880 census for Washington, Boone Co., Indiana, Jacob Anderson is 52 from Virginia, (parents same) farmer; Eveline is 44 Kentucky (parents same); children are Frank 15, Lury M. 13, and Minnie 10 months -- all born Indiana, father Virginia, mother Kentucky. {p. 54a}
 I believe Jacob may be the Jacob, or Jake, Anderson listed as dying in 1895 at age 67 in Boone Co.{<http://www.rootsweb.com/~inboone/deaths/deaths1882_1920_a.htm>} There is also a listing for 'Mulchariott Anderson' died 1920 at age 89; and for Frank Anderson died 1905 at age 27.
