Nuncupative will dated 11 Apr 1712, testified to 29 Apr 1712, provides for wife, servant John Patchin, deceased son Samuel's heirs, grandsons Samuel, Isaac and Ebenezer, son-in-laws Sameul Hall and David Hall. Distribution order to widow, his administrator names five daughters and three grandsons: Sarah wife of John Odell, Rebecca wife of Capt David Sherman "[sic, error]", Mary wife of Henry Jackson, Experience wife of Lemuel Sherwood, Mercy Sherman, Isaac, Ebenezer and Samuel Wheeler. 1751 widows dower distributed to Mercy wife of Capt. David Sherman, heirs of Sarah Odell of Stratfield, Rebecca Sherman of Newtown, Samuel Wheeler of Fairfield, heirs of Experience wife of Lemuel Sherwood, heirs of Ebenezer Wheeler, heirs of Isaac Wheeler.

    "Wheeler, Isaac, s. of Ephraim. [He was not the Isaac Wheeler of Lancaster, Mass., who by wife Experience had twin children, Isaac and Experience, b. 22 Nov. 1684, and a son John, b. 24 July 1686.] Deputy (Fairfield), May and Sept. 1693; Ens., Stratfield Trainband, May 1697. Born at Concord, Mass., 13 Dec. 1642, d. at Stratfield 1 Apr. 1712 ae. 70 (g. s.); Deacon of Stratfield Church. He m. (1) _____, and (2) Susannah, widow of Samuel Hall. She d. by 1751.

    Nuncupative will, 11 Apr. 1712 (four days before he died, so the g. s. is prob. misread and should be read 15 instead of 1 Apr.); he was 'much troubled about John Patchin', his faithful servant for thirty yrs.; 'I would not have him wronged he is grown A poor old Creature', so provision is made to maintain him; wife; testified by Mr. James Bennett and Mrs. Mary Bennett, 29 Apr. 1712. Also, Sergt. John Odell, David Hall, and John Wheeler testified to his will regarding his dec'd son Samuel's heirs, mentioning gr. son Samuel; gr. sons Isaac and Ebenezer; his son-in-law Samuel Hall; son-in-law David Hall, upon consideration of his being kind to his mother. Adm'n was granted to widow Susannah. Distribution order to Widow, and five daus. and three gr. sons, viz.: Sarah wife of John Odell, Rebecca wife of Capt. David (sic) Sherman, Mary wife of Henry Jackson, Experience wife of Lemuel Sherwood, and Mercy Sherman, and the gr. sons, Isaac, Ebenezer, and Samuel Wheeler. On 21 Mar. 1751, the realty of Dea. Isaac formerly distributed to his widow as dower was set to the heirs; heirs of Mercy wife of Capt. David Sherman; heirs of Sarah Odell of Stratfield; Rebecca Sherman of Newtown; Samuel Wheeler of Fairfield; heirs of Experience wife of Lemuel Sherwood; heirs of Ebenezer Wheeler; heirs of Isaac Wheeler."
