    Vol. 43, folio 151 "Josiah Thayer of Mendon ... yeoman", for "parental Love good will & natural affection that I have & do bear unto my beloved son in Law Isaac Thayer & Miriam his wife & their eldest son Isaac Thayer all of Bellingham", grants land in Bellingham heretofore a part of Dedham containing eighty Eight Acres & a half, 58 acres & a half "to be to my s'd Son in law Isaac Thayer & Meriam his wife as a part of her portion out of my Estate & the remaining thirty Acres to their above mentioned Son", signed by Josiah Thayer, dated 13 Jan 1723/4, acknowledged the same date.

    Vol. 61, folio 66 "Isaac Thayer of Bellingham .. Husbandman", for £14, to "Ebenezer Clark of Wrentham ... Husbandman", conveys land in Bellingham containing eight acres, signed by Isaac Thayer, dated 16 May 1734, acknowledged 21 Oct 1740.

    Vol. 105, folio 11 back "Isaac Thayer of Bellingham .. Husbandman", for £160, to "Oliver Pond of Said Bellingham Cordwainer", sells "several peices or parcels of Land lying and being in Bellingham aforesaid viz one peice being part of my homestead ... about thirty one acres ... More about five Acres of Meadow [bounded by the homestead] ... More fore acres and one hundred Rod of woodland [bounded by the homestead] ... More six acres and half of plowland on a place called pine plain [bounded on the grantor] ... More about Twelve acres of Woodland [bounded by grantor's pine swamp]", signed by Isaac Thyayer, dated 18 Aug 1752, acknowledged 30 Sep 1754.

    Vol. 120, folio 244 "Isaac Thayer of Bellingham ... Husbandman", for £8, to "Jesse Ware of Wrentham ... Husbandman", sells eight acres plough land lying on pine plain in Bellingham, signed by Isaac Thayer, 22 Oct 1759, acknowledged 6 Mar 1760.

    Vol. 105, folio 10 back "Abraham Thayer of Gloucester in the county of Providence in the Colony of Rhode Island in New England Yeoman", for £110-5-2, to "Oliver Pond of Bellingham, sells "Land lying and being in Bellingham aforesaid containing Fifty Acres be the same more or less it being the two thirds of the Estate of Isaac Thayer late of Bellingham afores'd deceased settled by order of the Court of Probate for the said County of Suffolk upon Abraham Thayer ...[bounds described] ... Excepting only the Widow of the said Isaac deceased Thirds included with the above bounds set off to her", "also a Tract of Land lying in Mendon ... containing Twelve acres", signed by Abraham Thayer, dated 18 Jan 1765, acknowledged 25 May 1765.

Yeoman and Joseph Holbrook of said Bellingham ... Yeoman Guardian for Mary and Jerusha Thayer all heirs at Law to the Estate of Isaac Thayer late of Bellingham", surrender to "Oliver Pond of said Bellingham ... Cordwainer" all right in "the Thirds in the Real Estate of the said Isaac Thayer deced as set off to Margaret Relict of the said Isaac Thayer and now wife to Joseph Lovering of Holliston in the County of Middlesex", signed by Abraham Thayer, Isaac Johnson, Joseph Holbrook, dated 5 May 1765, acknowledged 25 May 1765 by Abraham Thayer, 8 Jul 1765 by Joseph Holbrook and Isaac Johnson.
