    Page 2 (Vol. XII) 18 April, 1734: Isaac Davise, having right in common with heirs of Isaac Pinney of Windsor to 1-2 of a parcel of land lying in the Town of Windsor on the east side of the Great River, viz., 1-2 of the 100 acres of land formerly laid out to Matthew Grant, moves this Court to appoint freeholders to joyn with the guardians of the Pinney heirs to divide sd. land. This Court appoint Capt. Joseph Phelps of Hebron, William Wolcott and Deacon Joseph Skinner guardian to the orphan children of Isaac Pinney, to divide the land.
