Emigrated from Rockingham, VA to Darst Bottom, St. Charles Co., MO in 1814. Served one term in Missouri State Senate. Boone Hays (grandson of Daniel Boone) helped build the Fulkerson stone house, which was still standing 147 years later. There were no traces of it, as of 1999.
