"Herbert Stuart of Lindale was the guest of his uncle, S. J. Stuart, in Emory the first of the week."

This woud have to be a brother to William Eugene Stuart, and Herbert was probably there for his cousin's wedding as there is also another notice, same date, of the wedding of Grover Stuart to Mary Duffy.

Not sure what happened here, but obviously, this family was enumerated twice. Usually this means, they moved between the two enumerations, but because of the dates, this was probably not the reason. The other reason might be that they were visiting one location, such as the Johnsons, and enumerated with them when the census taker came to the door. But it is definitely the same family.
