  2.   Assuming Hephzibah married Samuel Stow of Marlborough as the intentions of 1747 show, he would undoubtedly be s/o Samuel Stow and Elizabeth, b. 1680. However Source:Hudson, Charles. History of the Town of Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, p. 451, says that Samuel Stow m. Sarah Snow who died 1762. See also, Family:Samuel Stow and Lydia Minott (1) which suggests this statement by Hudson was wrong for different reasons. So presumably, it would be Hephzibah that died in 1762, not Sarah? In either case, there is no sign of a wife in any of the probate documents for Samuel Stow in 1769.
