"22 Nov 1675: Petition of "henery Somars" as "only Sonn & child" to reject will because father "not Compus mentus" and witnesses ["frankiss kendall & Jn'o wiman"] were executors, and will was "without ayrs y'n [i.e., than] my mother in laws chilldren".
10 Dec 1675: agreement of heirs that "Henery sumers Jun'r the son of the said Henery sumers sen'r" to have all lands save "west end of the dwelling hous" reserved for widow, twenty shillings each to children of widow, son and widow to split movable estate and money, if son die without heir, lands to fall to widow if alive, else her children, and son Henry to maintain the widow during her life. Signed by mable Sumers, henry somars, Suzana Sumers, Goarge Read, Ralph Reed, Israll Read, Fransis Wyman, Samuel Walker, and Joseph Winn. Witnesses: William Johnson, John Wyman, ffrances Kendall.
30 Mar 1676: "Inventory of Henry Summers Senior of Wobourn ... deceased ye 2 of ye 9th month 1675" sworn to by Mabell Somers Relict & Executrix of Henry Somers seni'r of Woburn".
