Henry Silas McKay, 88, of Auburn Washington., formerly of Desoto, died Sept 22, 1999, at Auburn General Hospital in Auburn, Wa.  Mr. McKay was retired after working as a construction supervisor.  The memorial service was Saturday at Dietrich-Mothershead Chapel.  Among survivors are two sons, Henry Ira of Auburn and Robert Leroy McKay of Seattle, Washington;  two daughters, Joyce Leah Hamel of Stockton, Missouri., and Patricia Deloris Queen of Edwardsville, Illinois  ;  three brothers Hal Thomas McKay Jr. and Norman `Herb` McKay, both of St. Louis, and Gerald `Jerry` McKay of Sandest  in, Florida.; 15 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren
