    The parents of Henry Bohannon (Sr.), who died in Middlesex County, Virginia, on 28 July 1740, leaving brothers, Joseph and George, who declined to act as executors of his will in Middlesex County Court on 02 December 1740,
    1. have not been determined, but his father must have been either John or Joseph Bohannon, who were residents of Gloucester County, Virginia, in 1704.
    2. Ann Boughton was a daughter of Joshua Boughton (Booten). She married (2) Robert Tureman and went to Culpeper County, Virginia, where Tureman died about 1754.

    before 1740, married (1) Susannna Fretwell and (2) Nancy Baynes, moved to Pittsylvania County,
    Virginia, and died in 1808.
    5. Circumstantial evidence indicates that William Bohannon who was born in
    1730, was associated with Robert Tureman and Ann Booten Bohannon in Culpeper County, moved
    to Pittsylvania County and died in White County, Tennessee, in 1816, also was a son of Henry
    Bohannon and Ann Booten.

    Tuesday, 02 December 1740, mentioned wife and children, but not by name:
