    - To wife Henrietta Smith.
    - To wife tract I now live on called "Chandlors Hill" and use of tract called "Wellcoe", 12 Negroes, Roger and his wife Pegg, 7 of their children, Bill, Rachel, Ned, Jack, Lucy, Ralph and Basil; also Gin with her two youngest children now born. After wife's death, tracts and Negroes to brother Basil Smith, On consideration that my friend Jesse Doyne does not endeavor to prevent my wife from five years rent of my land at Chaptico called "Notleys Addition" and that Jesse Doyne never attempts to get that part of the said land called "Notleys Addition" which my former wife and myself sold to Henry Neale, then after 5 years to give to Jesse Doyne remainder of said tract at Chaptico called "Notleys Addition."
