My grandma Lolly was born on June 1, 1928, and died on February 17, 1986. She was bringing a casserole to a sick neighbor who lived across the street, and slipped on some ice. The doctors told her that she wouldn't have been hurt as badly if she would have just let the food drop, but instead, she held on to it, because she didn't want to waste it. She was hospitalized, and from what I understand, she was allergic to the medication that she was given, which caused her heart to fail. She also died quietly, and in her own home. She was a very sweet woman, and I will spare you the 800 pages I could write about her! Ha ha!
