    Hazel, of Port Neches, passed away at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. Born to Thomas Wilburn Clark and Nancy Ella Lane Clark, she was a homemaker and a resident of Port Neches for sixty three years, She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Port Neches Eastern Star Chapter #677 where she devoted years of service to the Chapter and to Port Neches Rainbow Assembly #159.

    She was survived by her husband of sixty five years, Joe Yancey; four daughters, Eulene Werner and husband, John; Barbara Dore and husband, James; Vivian Bagwell and husband, Bruce and Neva Stewart Bennett and husband, Donald; son-in-law, Ricky Stewart; sister, Helen Clark; brother, T. W. Clark and wife, Glenda; grandchildren, Tommy Werner, Joel Werner and wife, Pam, Crystal Dore, Jay Dore, Maggien Bagwell, Justin Stewart and wife, Kristen, Tyler Stewart and fiancé, Heather Schexnider, and Kelsey Stewart, great grandchildren, Bayli Werner, Hunter Dore, and expected great grandson, Dane Carter Stewart.

    She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, D.C. Yancey and Maggie Horn Yancey, granddaughter-in-law, DeAnna (Viola) Werner, great grandson, Dalton Curtis Werner.
