1834 Hawkins Bresee sold part of lot #20 Charlotte River patent in Delaware Co., NY, land to Stephen Olmstead (Book M, p. 394 film 557790). Stephen Olmstead was an administrator of the estate of Jeremiah Bresee, Hawkins' father.

1833 land records shows that Hawkins Bresee would receive his mother's (Malinda) one sixth interest in part of lot #20 upon her demise (Deed Book L page 596 Delware Co., NY, film 557790). In this deed (his brother) John J. Bresee was selling his interest in part of lot #20 of the Charlotte River patent on the north side of the Charlotte River. On the east side of this parcel was the land of David Bresee, his brother.

1831 birth of son, Jared N. Bresee, on 7 Sept. 1831, is from Jared's death certificate showing his parents as Hawkins Bresee and Louise Pearce. This also shows Hawkins' NY birth.

1830 land records shows Hawkins Bresee and wife Lucy as grantors and John J. Bresee as grantee for part of lot #20 in the Charlotte River patent formerly property of Jeremiah Bresee and Malinda Bresee, widow, in Deed Book J pages 608-609 film 557789. 1830 census can not find.
