The 1860 census, Taylor Creek, Hardin Co., OH. shows Harriet married to Matthew Stevenson, infant John Stevenson and Julia Duff, 11. This would mean that Julia is either Harriet's daughter or sister but that age doesn't match that of her sister.

The familysearch.org, IGI, shows a marriage between a Silas C. Duff and a Harriet Duff on May 14, 1846 in Logan Co., OH. I don't know who this Silas Duff was or if the Harriet Duff is our Harriet or not but I'm assuming so and believe Julia Duff is their daughter. I have found no information regarding Silas Duff other than the IGI record.

The 1870 census, Button Township, Ford Co., IL shows Matthew and Harriet with John who is 10 and Sarah E. who is 5. Julia Duff is with them and is shown as 16.
