Part of a deed I found at the FHL; film # 545386.

JAMES D. JOHNSTON and BARBARY JOHNSTON his wife of the county of Monroe State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of two hundred and sixteen dollars to them paid by Finley, county of Logan and State of Ohio (gives land description/part of Military Survey 9951 originally surveyed in the name of Michael Rowyer) said lands are the same conveyed o ABRAHAM LAMBERT by deed from Joel W. Royston recorded in the recording office of Logan Co., Ohio Book 4, page 577 and said lands were devised by the last will and testament of said Lambert to SARAH DUFF by his will submitted to the probate court on or about the 7th day of April 1853 as appears in Book A page 83 of the record of wills. Said Sarah died intestate about the 12th dy of March 1869 and the grantors herein are her heirs at law.
