Harriet Brazleton was born at Cedar Rapids, Nov., 1853, daughter of Samuel and Martha Brazleton. On Oct. 11, 1874, she was united in marriage to Newton Glasscock. At the age of 16 she was united with the Baptist church at York, Iowa. Removing to Greeley 3 years later ... til the time of her death Nov. 18, 1920. The nearest surviving relatives are the bereaved husband, two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Williams of Manhattan, Kansas, and Frankie Gross of Agricultural college, Mississippi; one brother, Frank M. S. Brazelton of Chicago. ... The funeral services were held from the home on Saturday afternoon conducted by an active member of the O. E. S. and the sisters attended in a body. The body was laid to rest in Grant View cemetery.
