House wright", dated 3 Oct 1835, proved 17 May 1836, names wife Catherine, son John W Hyde two thirds of real estate he paying "my two daughters, Harriett Hyde and Mary Gore", son Charles R Hyde one third of real estate he also paying daughters. Wife Catherine and son John to be executors.
