George was the 5th child of George & Sarah Webster and the last to be born in Northampton before the family moved to Lebanon, CT. He was the 4th son. He married Martha Taylor in 1727 in Lebanon. George died at age 38yrs (1742), leaving a widow and 4 children (3 sons). His widow Martha lived until 1788, age 84.

Martha was admitted to the Goshen church in 1730, but all the children were baptised at the First Church. Many land records attest to George living in Lebanon, among his brothers & his will is in the Willimantic County Probate Records. Inventory of the estate was filed and several transactions showed the distribution of the estate to George's children and widow.
