    George H. Ruch Jr., 77, a longtime resident of Franklin Park, died April 26 in the York Convalescent Home, Elmhurst.
    Mr. Ruch Jr. was the husband of Dorothy, nee Hoffman; father of Russell (Karen), Christine Fusco, Susan (Henry) Lechowicz, Paul G., Mary D., Timothy (Ruth Liberio), Phillip (Christina) and Andrew Ruch; grandfather of Shannon, Meredith, Eden, Jonathan, Crea, Zaya, Katharine, Andrea, Nicole, Phillip Jr. and Michael; brother of Helen Ruch; and uncle of many.
    He was a veteran of the Armed Forces and a member of Franklin Park American Legion Post 974 and Boy Scout Troop 152 of Franklin Park.
    Visitation was held April 28 and 29 in Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, Franklin Park.
    A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated April 30 in St. Gertrude Church, Franklin Park.
    Interment was in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
