Gender Male
Birth[1] Est 1798 near Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Virginia

Death?

From page 19 Virginia Genealogies: "George Morton M.D., the second brother, graduated William and Mary College A. B., 181; studied medicine, and practiced in Virginia."

From a footnote on pg 19: Jeremiah Morton "received his early education with his brother, Dr. George Morton, at the school of Rev. Charles O'Neal, who preached at Pine Stake Church of Orange Co. (VA), 1797-1800, and taught school near there."

History books speak of George Morton "of Culpeper County" so it is likely that he settled there and practiced medicine there, but it is unlikely that he was born there. He was probably at the same location as his siblings: near Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Virginia.
