George Sr was the youngest of Francis Sr's children. He was abt 10 when they moved to Henry Co VA. He must have been well thought of for his father to will him the estate on the passing of George's mother: however this was a normal English custom in those days. His first 8 children were with 1st wife Mary "Polly" Wilson (married abt 1792). Then the youngest, Rachael, was with 2nd wife Lavina "Kitty" Wilson (sister of Mary) (married 3-19-1813). Mary & Lavinia were from Leatherwood and the daughters of J. Thomas and Mary Wilson.
