  4. "Coker-George Franklin, 72, died unexpectedly at the home of his sister, Mrs. Ellen Robinson, near Chickamauga early Thursday morning. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Bell Maffett and Mrs. Ora Jackson, all of Chickamauga: one brother, Hugh Coker, Trion, Ga. Route 1; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted from the Max Wallis Memorial Chapel Friday afternoon at 2:30. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Charles Williams. Pallbearers selected will include: Paul Robinson, Robert Coker, Will Griffin, Coker Maffett and Fred Maffett. The body will remain at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery. Wallis and Son of LaFayette is in charge of arrangements."
