This is the last Will and Testament of me George Bradshaw of Cheadle in the County of Stafford yeoman First I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expences and the costs and charges of proving this my will be fully paid and satisfied out of my personal Estate by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and I hereby give and devise to my dear wife Ann Bradshaw all that messuage or dwellinghouse or tenement as situate at Cheadle aforesaid in which I now dwell together with all outbuildings Garden members and appurts belonging thereto and also all those three dwelling houses adjoining together with the Gardens and all belonging thereto situate in Cheadle aforesaid in the occupation of different tenants and I also do give and bequeath to my said wife Ann Bradshaw all and singular my household goods and furniture plate china linen and Books Ready money debts and securities for money and also the money in the Bank of England Long annuities being in my name and in the names of Edward Bradshaw Thomas Heap Joan Fielder and Mason as Trustees for forty pounds a year and also the money due or to grow due on such securities and as to and concerning all the Rest Residue and Remainder of all my Estate and Effects of whatsoever kind it may be or wheresoever situtate Real or personal after the payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences aforesaid I give devise and bequeath the whole to my said wife Ann Bradshaw her heirs Exors admors or assigns for ever Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said dear wife Ann Bradshaw to be sole Executorix of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said George Bradshaw the Testator have set to my hand and seal (being contained in one sheet of paper) this twenty eighth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two -- George Bradshaw -- signed sealed published and declared by the within named George Bradshaw the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the Execution thereof -- Samuel Keys Senr -- Maria Keys -- William Keys ---

Proved at London 12th October 1840 before the worshipful William Calverley Curteis Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Ann Bradshaw widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon. was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
