The is the last will and Testament of me Ann Bradshaw widow relict of George Bradshaw deceased In the first place I direct that all my just debts funeral probate and testamentary expences may be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease out of my personal estate if sufficient or if not the deficiency to be made good out of my real estate I hereby give to my two nieces Mary and Betsey Snape daughters of my late brother Thomas Snape, and to William Snape son of my late brother William Snape to Mrs Mary Martyn Robinson the widow of the late Reverend William Robinson to John Robinson his son to my late servant Ester Hurst and to George Bowring of Cheadle Tape weaver the sum of five pounds each I give to my friend Thomas Glover of No. 145 Great Dover Road Borough ___ the sum of Ten pounds I give to Ann Wardle the wife of William Wardle the sum of eight pounds and to Eliza Heap her daughter the sum of sixty pounds And I give to John Holland William Holland and Ann Barnes children of my late sister Lucy Holland the sum of nineteen guineas each and I direct all the said legacies to be paid in twelve calendar months after my decease and subject to the payment of the several matters aforesaid I hereby give devise and bequeath all messuages lands hereditaments and real estate that I may leave at my decease or have power to dispose of by will and all my household goods and furniture ready money securities for money and All other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy and including all mortgage and trust estate unto my niece Hannah Holland who lives with me her heirs executors administrators or assigns for ever and their own absolute use and benefit and I hereby appoint her the said Hannah Holland sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills and codicils by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five --- Ann Bradshaw --- Signed by the said Ann Bradshaw the Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the joint presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses being both present together at one and the same time buring oath signing and subscribing --- Jno. Proved at London 12th June 1855 before the judge by the oath of Hannah Holland spinster the niece the sole Executrix to whom admon. was granted having been first sworn by ___ duly to administer.
