↑ Not listed in the 1870 census. No estate has been found. However, the following deed is showing the sale of property of the heirs of Gabriel as well as his widow. Deed book X, p 256. to James H. Baugh: Situated in the county of Jessamine and State of Kentucky on the waters of Jessamine Creek and bounded as follows: viz: Beginning at a stone in the centre of the road leading from the Alliance School house to the Frankfort Road corner to J. H. Overstreet and J Combs then N35E13 poles to a stone, thence N68 1/2 W36 9/10 poles to a stone, thence S35W13poles to said Overstreets line, thence S68 1/2E36 9/10 poles to the beginning, containing three acres to have and to hold....
