    No estate has been found. However, the following deed is showing the sale of property of the heirs of Gabriel as well as his widow.
    Deed book X, p 256. to James H. Baugh: Situated in the county of Jessamine and State of Kentucky on the waters of Jessamine Creek and bounded as follows: viz: Beginning at a stone in the centre of the road leading from the Alliance School house to the Frankfort Road corner to J. H. Overstreet and J Combs then N35E13 poles to a stone, thence N68 1/2 W36 9/10 poles to a stone, thence S35W13poles to said Overstreets line, thence S68 1/2E36 9/10 poles to the beginning, containing three acres to have and to hold....
