Frederick SUMMEY, Sr. was born in Germany and came to America when but a small lad with three brothers. The four landed in New York City and parted, never to meet again. One remained in New York, one went south, one to Salt Lake City, and Frederick Sr. settled in Elkhart Indiana. The brother's names are John, Michael, Peter and Frederick.
