Franklin D. "Pinky" Loughner Sr., 68, of Jeannette, died Saturday, April 2, 2005, in Select Specialty Hospital of Greensburg. He was born April 7, 1936, in Jeannette, a son of the late Harry E. Loughner Sr. and Leona "Mamie" Zieglar Loughner. Prior to retirement, he was a self-employed repairman. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Jeannette. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Loughner, Harry E. Loughner Jr. and Kenneth Loughner. He is survived by his wife, Shelvy Kessel Loughner; a son, Franklin "Dean-O" Loughner Jr. and his wife, Cindy, of Jeannette; a daughter, Jeanne Allison and her husband, Donnie, of Jeannette; three grandchildren, Heather Loughner, Deanne Loughner and Franklin "Dean-O" Loughner III; three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Dylan and Maliyah; two brothers, John D. Loughner, of Jeannette, and Floyd R. Loughner and his wife, Theresa, of Greensburg; two sisters, Leona Baker, of Jeannette, and Laverne Davis, of California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
