Catherine BURRELLS deposition: She said “she was the second wife of Francis BURRELL who is her third husband and both being aged and infirmed and not well able to maintain themselves and having no child by the marriage did agree to and did divide the small quantity of property they possessed between themselves and she did go to and reside with Smallwood WILSON who was married to her daughter by her first husband ("first" is crossed out and overwritten is "second") and BURRELL, her present husband, did go and reside with Aaron HENRY who is married to his daughter by his first wife.”

• 2 Dec 1791--Virginia Land Grant to Robert Bennett in Monongalia County for 41 acres on Coburns Creek adjoining Thomas McGee, Francis Burrel (sic) and Joshua Jenkins, and between them.

• 5 March 1795--Virginia Land Grant in Monongalia County to Jacob Nusz Jr for 34 acres adjoining and between the lands of James Coburn, David Crull and Francis Burrell.
