Alfred Levick is the father of the first two of Esther's children and likely Mary , the third child. The next child, Harry was named for the older Henry who was taken by his father and new wife to the United States. When the next child, Susanna is christened, Esther is listed on the parish records as single. The last three of Esther's children were likely fathered by Amos Horner who was a lodger in the house in 1861 and the namesake of her youngest son. All of the children of Esther cite Alfred as the father on their birth certificates except the second Henry/Harry who has not yet been found in the GRO registrations.
