  3. There is some possibility that she is Esther Burnham, an unrecorded daughter of Thomas Burnham, of Ipswich, Mass., and his second wife Hester/Esther (Cogwell) Bishop. Thomas and Hester were married 16 December 1689 but have no recorded children until Susanna, born at Ipswich 29 January 1692/93. Three of Thomas's sons, Eleazer (b. 1678), James (b. c. 1688), and Benjamin (b. 1696), settled at Norwich.
