!Name spelled "Emos" in this source. SOURCE: "The Jonathan Collins Family & Descendants" and the Supplement, by Ruby Collins Markland, p. 8. < In 1785, Enos produced to the Exeter MM, Berks Co., PA, a certificate of membership from the Kingwood MM in Hunterdon Co., NJ; and in 1789 a certificate of membership came from the same place for his wife and children. A portion of the Exeter Meeting was set off and organized as the Millville Meeting; Enos and his family were assigned to the new Meeeting. Enos served on a committee in Friends Society at Millville, PA in 1796. In the spring of 1805, Enos and his family emigrated to Canada, and settled in York Co., Ontario, 2 miles or less from the village of Newmarket, it being the lot No. 26 in the 2nd concession of Whitchurch; and there Enos and Rachel lived until they were laid to rest in Friends Yard on Yonge St. SOURCE: "The Lundy Family & Their Descendants" by William C.
