    Will of Elizabeth Bond 1824.

    In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Bond of the county of Elbert, state of Georgia do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner following to will.
    First, my desire is that all my just debts be paid.
    Secondly. I give unto my my son Joseph B. Bond one dollar to be paid him out of my estate.
    Thirdly. I give unto my son Matthew Bond one dollar to be paid him out of my estate.
    Fourthly. I give unto the heirs of my daughter Mary Hilly one dollar to be paid him out of my estate.
    Fifthly. I give unto my son Richard C. Bond one lot of land drawn in my own name in the county of Houston, also I give him all my stock of horses, cattle, hogs and all my household and kitchen furniture and plantation tools and do further appoint William Bond and Gaines Thompson Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affairs my seal this tenth day of September 1823. Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of

    Georgia Court of Ordinary Jany Term 1824. Personally appeared in open court Stephen White Elbert County and James Christian and being sworn saith that they were present and saw Elizabeth Bond sign seal and acknowledge the written Instrument of writing as her Last Will and Testament and that they subscribed their names as witnesses to the same and at the request of the said Testatrix and that she the said Testatrix was of Sound mind and memory at the Time She Executed the same to the best of there knowledge and belief Sworn in Court this 12th January 1824 attest Job Weston c.c.o.
