- -John Mason of Stonington, gentleman, and Anne his wife (one of the daughters of Peleg Sandford late of Newport), Job Almy of Newport, gentleman, and Brigit his wife (one other of the daughters of Peleg Sandford, etc.) and Thomas Noyes of Stonington and Elizabeth his (one other of the daughters of Peleg Sandford, etc.), vs. William Robinson of South Kingstown, Esq., in action of trespass, to recover 1200 acres of land in South Kingstown laid out to William Brenton late of Newport, Esq., deceased, as part of his 1/7 part of the Pettaquamscutt Purchase, and 600 acres in Point Judith, bounded north by Thomas Potter, east by the sea, south partly by land in possession of Daniell Mackoone, partly by Stephen Haszard, partly by Ichabod Potter, and partly by land belonging to George Haszard, and west by Point Judith Ponds, including a mansion house.
