History of the Town of Lexington, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, from Its Settlement to 1868, Vol. 2, p. 449, places her as a child of the second wife, between Daniel, b. 1673, and before Mary, b. 1678, and actually has Hannah between Daniel and Elizabeth. This is probably based on the order named in the will. This would imply a birth about 1676.
Since Elizabeth had her first child in 1691, she probably married 1690, so probably born by 1672 to be of legal age. For comparison, older sister Martha married at age 21, younger sister Mary married at 22. Hannah, supposedly born before her, married 2 years after her in 1692. Therefore, it seems likely that Elizabeth would belong to the first wife, since as a child of the second wife, her birth would be 1674 or later, implying marriage somewhere around age 16 at the oldest.
