    SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: The first receipt is dated 13th July 1833 and is the receipt by 3. from 1. of £39.8d. on account of an annuity of £50 charged on an estate at Holwell due to 3. as executor of Elizabeth Pinnell who was widow of John Pinnell deced being the amount of the annuity up till 22nd April 1833 the time of her d.
    The second receipt is dated 22nd July 1833 and is a receipt by 3. from 2. of £39.8.6d. on charged on an estate at Holwell due from 2. to the executor of Elizabeth Pinnell, widow of the late John Pinnell, being the amount due of the annuity up till 22 April 1833, the time of her d.

Hey/X/vii/5 upon trust for 7. and to attend upon the freehold reversion and inheritance of the premises.
    In consideration of 5/- paid by 9. to 2. 2. as surviving executor of Richard Holloway and at the request of 4. and the concurrence of 3. 5. and 6. and nomination of 7. assigns to 9. premises B. for the residue of the term of 500 yrs. (sic. should be 600 yrs) upon trust for 7. and upon trust (but not as to the leasehold parts) to suffer the residue of the said term to attend and wait upon the freehold reversion and inheritance of the premises.
