SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Recites Lease and Release dated 11 and 12 Oct 1837 whereby ppty intended to be released by these presents were conveyed by Richard Heydon, Samuel Auker, John Pain, William Norton and [...] as Elkington to Richard Heydon
Recites that Richard Heydon died 19 Aug 1837 intestate, leaving 1b., d., and f. (his daughters) and 1g. (the son of Susanna, who was daughter of Richard Heydon and who died) as his heirs at law.
Recites that Letters of Administration were granted to 1b., c. and f. 6 Oct 1837
Recites that 1a-f and 2. (on behalf of 1g) have contracted to sell to 3. the inheritance for the sum of £350 and that 1g. will perfect his part of the agreement on attaining the age of 21.
Now in consideration of £350, 1a release to 3.:
3 cottages in Broad Lane Banbury formerly held by John Hands, James Watson and George Giles and now held by Thomas Meads, James Watson and Ann Giles

4. to hold property upon trust for 3.
1.covenants to produce deeds at the reasonable request and at the expense of 3.
2.covenants that when 1g. attains the age of 21, he will perform the necessary acts for the perfecting of the conveyance.
