2002 - Newspaper clipping, obituary: Elizabeth I. CORZINE, age 96, of Niagara Falls, was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, May2, 2002, in Mount St Mary's Long term carte Facility, Inc. Born in Hedley on the Hill, England on September 15, 1905 to William and Margaret (Birrel) Combe. She came to the United States in 1906 and lived most of her life in Niagara Falls, except for 1961-1978 when she lived in San Bernardino, California. She attended a Business College and also Nurses Aide training. She was employed at the former Bell Aircraft for five years, Sal's beauty Salon as a Cosmetologist for six years, the San Bernardino Hospital for three years, and also did residential housekeeping. She was a volunteer at the LaSalle Nutrition Centre and enjoyed crafts, bowling and her family. Survivors include two daughters: Arlene E. Reppenhagen of Lewiston, Phyllis L. Finley (Nickerson) of Niagara Falls; four grandchildren: Melodi Nelson, Diane Hill, Elizabeth Pitonyak, Susan Misinic; 13 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husbands, Ernest Nickerson and Ernest Corzine; two grandsons: Edward and William Reppenhagen; and a great-granddaughter, Valerie Dysen.... Interment will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park.
