    "1, 3. 6. 2. 8. Eliphalet Huntington, born April 14, 1737, in Lebanon, Conn., and graduated at Yale, 1759. He was installed over the church in Killingworth, January 11, 1764, where he preached until 1775. While here he married, April 24, 1766, Sarah, daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Walker) Elliot, and granddaughter of Rev. Dr. Jared Elliot of Killingworth, and the fourth generation removed from Dr. John Eliot of Roxbury, the great divine and apostle to the Indians. After his death, which occurred from small-pox, February 8, 1777, she married for her second husband, March 10, 1779, the Rev. Achilles Mansfield, who succeeded her first husband in the church at Killingworth."
