    27 Feb 1838: Petition of Polly Hamilton that his is the widow of Eliphalet Hamitlon deceased 19 Feb 1838, that he was receiving a pension for services during the Revolutionary War, and she is the entitled, as heir, to receive pension payments for the period 4 Sep 1837 to 19 Feb 1838.
    27 Feb 1838: Memorial of Lewis Abbott and John Muzzy that Eliphalet Hamilton was a Pensioner of the United States, that he deceased at the Alms house in Brookfield on 19 Feb 1838, and that his widow Polly Hamilton is now living in Brookfield. Certification of Thomas Smith, Pastor, that he solemnized the marriage of Eliphalet Hamilton and Polly Babbit both of Brookfield on 22 Sep 1801.
