    24 Feb 1817 Sally Berry widow of Lyman Berry late of Westerly deceased wishes that her brother Saxton Berry of Westerly might be appointed to Admin. the estate of said Lyman Berry in behalf of his mother Dinah Berry widow of Elijah Berry late of Westerly deceased the court appoints a committee to set off to the said Dinah her dower in the real estate of the said deceased. Sally Berry gets $110 for supporting the family of the said deceased first 6 months.
